Our Journey To The Keys
We’ve been coming to the Florida Keys since childhood, and it’s always felt like a place we belonged. In 2011, we visited Key Colony Beach together for the first time and immediately fell in love with its laid-back, tropical charm. In 2016, we were lucky enough to purchase a small home, and later had the opportunity to move into our current home on 3rd Street. This isn’t just a vacation rental for us—it’s our family home, and we love sharing our little piece of paradise with others.

Does the vacation rental have a private pool?
Yes. The Four C’s features a private cocktail-style pool with a sun ledge, perfect for relaxing during your Florida Keys vacation. There is also an optional beach pass to the Gluntz Club which has 2 additional ocean front saltwater pools. The club is a short 3 house walk from the The Four C's front door.
Is there a private boat dock?
Yes! This Key Colony Beach vacation rental includes a private 30-foot step-down boat dock located directly in the backyard, ideal for boating and fishing. It is equipped with Tide Slides (a sliding boat cleat tie down that allows your boat to be tide up secure and slide up and down with the tide. The front driveway has plenty of room for a truck and trailer to be stored during your stay. Please keep in mind that the city is very strict with their boat rules, your boat MUST fit in the 30' property line from prop to front anchor. There is no exception.
How Far is the home from the beach?
There are multiple beach options. If you take advantage of our optional beach pass with the Gluntz Club, the beach is a very short walk from our front door. The Beach Pass costs between $350 - $450 per week. For a free option, Sombrero Beach is about 6mile (10min drive) from The Four C's. There is paid parking but they have showers, large playground and great snorkeling access for the kids.
Is this home Pet Friendly?
NO. We are not pet friendly and we do not allow service animals or emotional support animals (this rule is allowed by Florida Law). We have severe pet allergies in our family and this home is a family home as well as a vacation home. We also cater to vacationers who have pet allergies. We are VERY strict on this and legal action will be taken against those who violate this rule.
Does the home offer high-speed internet and streaming TV?
Yes! The home is equipped with Comcast Xfinity High Speed Wifi. We also have smart TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. We provide YouTube TV for local cable. You are welcome to use your Netflix, Disney +, and similar personal streaming services.
Are boat rentals available near by?
Yes! There are dozens of boat rental places. Some will even drop off your rental boat at the house for you. Cocos Boat Rentals and Key Colony Rental Boats are two good ones to try out.
